Anguilla Summer Festival Celebrates Sponsors and Partners at Opening Night Partnership Ceremony
July 22, 2026The Valley, Anguilla – July 17, 2026 – The Anguilla Summer Festival Committee and the Miss Anguilla Pageant Committee are proud to announce that the National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd. (NCBA) has committed $81,000XCD in sponsorship toward the Miss Anguilla Pageant 2026, reaffirming its longstanding commitment to youth development, culture and one of Anguilla’s premier national events.

NCBA hosted its official sponsorship and cheque presentation ceremony at its headquarters, where representatives of the Miss Anguilla Pageant Committee, the Anguilla Summer Festival Committee, contestants and invited guests gathered to celebrate the partnership.
The ceremony commenced with opening remarks by Ms. Marissa Gumbs, Executive Manager Banking Services, who reaffirmed NCBA’s commitment to investing in Anguilla’s cultural heritage and empowering the nation’s youth through initiatives such as the Miss Anguilla Pageant. She emphasized the bank’s belief in the continued growth of the pageant and expressed confidence in its future as a platform for leadership, personal development and national pride.
Miss Anguilla Pageant Committee Chair, Ms. Amber Woodley, expressed sincere appreciation to NCBA for its generous support, noting that the bank’s significant investment demonstrates a strong commitment to preserving Anguilla’s cultural traditions while creating opportunities for the island’s young women to excel.
Also delivering remarks was Anguilla Summer Festival Chairman, Mr. Fitzroy “Briggy” Tomlinson, who thanked NCBA for remaining one of the festival’s valued corporate partners.
The official cheque was presented to the committees by the National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd. and accepted by the reigning Miss Anguilla, Miss Jasmin Ruan and the Miss Anguilla Pageant 2026 contestants, symbolizing the bank’s commitment to the continued success of the pageant.
