Mr. Steven Gumbs known to all as DJ Sugar or as some would call him "mix master DJ Sugar" He is a born Anguillan who grew up in the village of South Hill. At a very young age, his love for music never went unknown, finding the time to be around anyone who plays music or have some kind of musical instrument to keep him entertained. It was at the tender age of 17 when he decided to take his passion to another level by playing for friend parties and small community events just to get his name out there. He not only loved recreating other people’s music but he also enjoyed creating his own. He was an active member of the Anguilla Police Force Musical Band for many years playing the bass drum.
Today, DJ Sugar is one of Anguilla’s number one entertainers performing at many of the local hotels and restaurants. He also traveled to the UK, US and Canada to entertain for private parties.
DJ Sugar continues to live his dream and make memories for his clients and fans.
